CUSC considers cooperation proposals from companies, organizations and professionals interested in developing business relationships and introducing people who may need professional Canadian immigration services.
Possible cooperation models may include prospective client introductions, distribution of approved information materials, coordinated events and specific marketing or administrative activities.

Who may apply
We may consider proposals from educational organizations, travel companies, recruitment agencies, legal and accounting firms, marketing agencies, community organizations and other lawfully operating professionals and businesses.

Applicants must comply with applicable laws, advertising requirements and privacy rules and must not use misleading promises.
After agreement
Possible areas of cooperation
After review and execution of a written agreement, a partner may:
Introduce prospective clients to CUSC with their consent
Transfer contact information only with permission
Distribute information materials approved by CUSC
Arrange information meetings with an authorized representative
Assist with consultation scheduling
Perform approved marketing and administrative activities that do not constitute immigration advice
Boundaries
What a partner may not do
Unless independently authorized to provide Canadian immigration services, a partner may not:
- Assess immigration eligibility
- Select or recommend an immigration program
- Interpret Canadian immigration law
- Provide paid immigration advice
- Represent a client before IRCC, the IRB or CBSA
- Promise a visa, job, work permit, study permit or permanent residence
- Represent itself as a Canadian government body
- Use the CUSC name, logo or licence information without written permission
- Collect client passports, documents or payments without separate written authorization
Paid Canadian immigration advice and representation may only be provided by authorized representatives.

How proposals are reviewed
